The staff helped me a lot . I had a square view room, it was great. The breakfast had a good selection of food. The lounge area offered views of the square, a nice bonus.
Street noise was significant because of poor window isolation.

The staff was excellent and helpful. the room was a double or twin room. It was large and very clean. the breakfast included fresh fruit and varied bread. It was a great start to the day, i must say.
the elevator made some sinister sounds! it made me slightly nervous, it should be maintained properly.

The hotel is in the center, easy to reach many sights on foot. The metro and bus stops were also conveniently close. this made exploring the area easy and efficient.

The front desk staff offered helpful information about local transportation, it was much appreciated. Breakfast included a nice variety, it was a great start to each day. The location was perfect, with easy access to many dining choices nearby.
The shower drainage was not ideal and caused some minor overflowing issues.

loud air conditioner old bathroom fixtures
the staff were helpful with directions.
the room was small and rather stuffy. the air conditioning was very loud, (it was difficult to sleep). the bathroom fixtures felt old, and the tub lacked a stopper, so i could not take a bath.

amazing experience!
helpful staff free upgrade excellent tour
the hotel staff were helpful! i received a free upgrade to a room with a view. the front desk also recommended an excellent day tour that i enjoyed SO MUCH!!! the breakfast was included and very nice, a total bonus.
the shower fitting was too high for me to reach. it was a minor inconvenience, but still something to consider. i wish they would fix it soon!

The location is excellent. It is in a vibrant neighborhood!!! lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities are right outside the hotel doors. the rossio train station is nearby. i found a car rental agency in walking distance as well.
